I have over a decade of experience working as a high school teacher and high school counselor and have been in private practice since 2022. I look forward to supporting you on your path to recovery, growth, and well-being.
I work with adults 18 and up.
As a person-centered therapist, I offer a collaborative space where you are heard and valued. I offer trauma-informed care in a safe, nurturing environment and can help facilitate your healing through the use of EMDR therapy. I also incorporate components of CBT, DBT and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
Individual therapy sessions (55 min) are $150. Intake appointments are $175. I am in network with Aetna, Optum, Oscar, and United Healthcare and can also provide you a superbill for out of network reimbursement from your insurance company. Self pay is also accepted.

Yes, I offer telehealth via a HIPAA secure platform throughout the state of Georgia.
