I work with adults who may know how to "hold it together" but carry anxiety or unresolved trauma beneath the surface. We will explore your experiences, release what's been holding you back, and build emotional strength. Many clients leave feeling lighter, more connected to themselves, and better able to enjoy their lives. Together, we'll tailor our sessions to your unique needs, moving at your pace toward meaningful growth and change.

I have over a decade of experience working as a high school teacher and high school counselor and have been in private practice since 2022. I look forward to supporting you on your path to recovery, growth, and well-being.
I work with adults 18 and up.
As a person-centered therapist, I offer a collaborative space where you are heard and valued. I offer trauma-informed care in a safe, nurturing environment and can help facilitate your healing through the use of EMDR therapy. I also incorporate components of CBT, DBT and Solution Focused Brief Therapy.
Individual therapy sessions (55 min) are $150. Intake appointments are $175. I am in network with Anthem, BCBS and can also provide you a superbill for out of network reimbursement from your insurance company. Self pay is also accepted.
If I am not in-network with your specific insurance plan, you may still be able to receive significant reimbursement for our sessions through your out-of-network (OON) benefits. Many insurance plans (such as PPOs) will refund you for a portion of your therapy costs.

Yes, I offer telehealth via a HIPAA secure platform throughout the state of Georgia.
Therapy with me is collaborative, supportive, and centered around what matters most to you. I work to create a space where you can be yourself, feel heard, and move at a pace that feels comfortable. We'll build practical tools while also exploring the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck. During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other. I'll ask about what's bringing you to therapy, your background, what's been working (and what hasn't), and what you're hoping to get out of our work together. It's also a chance for you to ask questions, get a feel for my style, and decide if we're a good fit.
